I. Celsius scale's relationship with Kelvin Scale
C & K Relationship
Using the T(initial) (0,32) and T(final) (212,100) to find the equation.

Qi = Qf

Here comes the idea of equal Q to solve
the final degree.

II.  Heat Transfer
                                   Formula : Q=kA(Tf-Ti)/L
Materials affect heat transfer
Data of can's experiment

Outside T and Inside T reach the equilibrium.
Pretend there no heat loss then
Qf (hot) = Qf (cold)
so, m(in)CdT = m(out)CdT

The dT = Tfinal - Tinitial
which Tf will be the same since heat will continuously transfer till equilibrium.

III. Heat up the water

Material
Heat up device (unknown name), cup of water (around 23.2 degree)
Heat vs Temperature (suppose to be linear)
The graph is linear because we the heat capacity for the water is constant unless it reach 100 degree.
Formula Q = m*c*delta T explain that since m and c are constant Q (Heat) and DT (change temperature)  have positive relationship.

Heat transfer between aluminium and core
correct formula: Q = A(TH-TC)/R(aluminium)

Practice of heat transfer problem
